Delivery

 Our candles are hand poured to order, please allow up to 7 days for this to be completed. This gives us time to make and package your order safely.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

If you require express delivery please contact wsscandles@gmail.com and we can arrange a price for you.

Once your order is complete we will send you a confirmation email with tracking number.

Please note, we will do our best to locate any missing parcels  we cannot accept responsibility once they have left our warehouse.

Please make sure you have entered the correct shipping details as we are not responsible for replacements due to incorrect information.

That due to COVID-19 packages may take longer to arrive that usual. We are trying everything we can to get them to you as quick as possible.

Any information and details that is given to Wax Scents is taken seriously and with the upmost care. We will not be sharing any disclosed details that is given to us. These details will only be used to process orders given to us by you.

Prices for our products, services and shipping displayed on our website are current but subject to change at any time.

Shipping and Prices

We only ship Australia wide we do not ship outside of Australia.

Our shipping price is a flat rate of $16.50

Free shipping for orders over $100

Returns and Replacements

We don't offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind. However we take the uttermost care to carefully package you order for shipping, in case of breakage during transit, replacements may be offered according to circumstances. Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your damaged order, along with a description of the damage, photographic proof and your order number.
